Nugs hope to get on track without A.I.

The New Look Denver Nuggets look to get on a role in Portland tonight. The experiment pairing Melo with A.I. hasn't worked out very well so far. Losing at home to Charlotte? With the team still refusing to play any defense you can expect more embarrassing loses like this one. At times Melo has looked confused in offensive sets and not recognized that he needs to get the ball back to A.I. when the double-team comes (seems to be trying to do too much with the ball). However, if the team can start to play some D, and Melo and A.I. can get on the same page, they could make a good run. I still like their chances next year, add some defensive pieces and come out with a real plan in place from the start.
